Personal Data Processing Information Notice

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including your sensitive personal data, may be processed by SEDAŞ İNŞAAT A.Ş. ("the Company") acting as the data controller.
The processing of personal data refers to any operation performed on personal data, including but not limited to collection, recording, storage, preservation, alteration, reorganization, disclosure, transfer, classification, or prevention of the use of such data.
The protection of your personal data is of utmost importance to us. We would like to assure you that we will continue to take all necessary measures and maintain complete transparency regarding the processing of your personal data.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data may be processed for the purposes of ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and individuals in business relationships with our Company; conducting customer satisfaction evaluation activities; managing organizations and events; carrying out sales and procurement processes; performing finance and accounting operations; conducting internal audit activities; managing environmental protection and waste management processes; carrying out occupational health and safety activities; fulfilling notification obligations to authorized public authorities (such as Courts, the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, the Ministry of Interior, etc.); implementing our Company's human resources policies; and managing information and physical security processes.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed and securely stored for the purposes stated above and will never be shared with third parties except where required by applicable legislation or with your explicit consent. In accordance with obligations arising from applicable legislation such as the Turkish Commercial Code, Tax Procedure Law, Social Security Law, Labour Law, Occupational Health and Safety Law, and Environmental Management Regulations, your data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, independent audit firms, agencies providing travel, organization and reward services, our business partners, shareholders, affiliated group companies, and local or international organizations supporting our business processes, within the scope of legal grounds and your consent where applicable.
Method of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by our Company through various channels and based on different legal grounds for the purpose of conducting our commercial activities. Within the scope of business operations, your data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through customer registration forms, supplier information forms, contact forms, other commercial documents, payment information, negotiable instruments, job application forms, and other notifications you provide. Data may also be collected through fully or partially automated means, or non-automated means forming part of a data recording system, including from our domestic and international affiliates, business partners, public institutions, and other third parties outside SEDAŞ İNŞAAT A.Ş..
Your Rights Under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law
As a data subject, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company through the methods described in this Information Notice, your request will be evaluated and finalized free of charge as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days, depending on its nature. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board determines a fee, the fee specified in the applicable tariff will be charged.
Within this scope, you have the right to:
a) Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
b) Request information if your personal data has been processed,
c) Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with such purpose,
d) Learn the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
e) Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and request notification of such correction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
f) Request the deletion or destruction of personal data where the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, despite having been processed in accordance with the Law and other applicable legislation, and request notification of such action to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
g) Object to any outcome that is to your detriment resulting exclusively from the analysis of your personal data through automated systems,
h) Request compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, you may submit your requests regarding the exercise of your rights to our Company in writing or by any other method determined by the Personal Data Protection Board through the communication channels specified below.
To exercise your rights, you must submit your request in writing together with documents necessary to verify your identity. For the efficient and timely handling of applications made under Article 11 of the Law, we recommend using the "Data Subject Request Form" and submitting any documents or information required for your request together with documents verifying your identity, either in person or by post.
In addition, you may send the completed Data Subject Request Form with a secure electronic signature to sedasinsaat@hs01.kep.tr or, if you have a registered e-mail address in our records, submit your request electronically via sedas@sedasinsaat.com.tr.
